i adored the really good cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. my spacious room had charming décor. the location was very nice, right by transportation hubs. i found the staff attentive and always ready with a smile.

The gym equipment seemed a bit dated. A small upgrade would make it perfect.

the gym equipment was faulty, this meant my fitness routine was disrupted i found much of the equipment non-functional. furthermore, i found customer service inconsistent the unreliability of the amenities impacted the experience.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food. everything i needed was within walking distance. i had a very nice and comfortable room on one of the upper floors, it was great.

the room smelled like someone else's home. there were loud noises from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. i could hear the sound of chairs being dragged frequently.
